Shipping policy

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. In most circumstances our in stock products will ship within 2-3 business days. Custom orders may have extended processing times which we will communicate with you.

SHIPPING TIMES:

5-7 business days after 48-72 hour processing time. Actual delivery time will depend on USPS. Once the package is scanned by USPS we no longer have control on delivery time. Lit by Chaundra is not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.
